Shipping & Return Policy

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 20 days from shipping. All items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Each item will be manually checked upon arrival to our warehouse.

 

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the international carrier's website.

 

What are your shipping options?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to majority of countries. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary. 

 

What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a refund or exchange once we receive the item.

 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to cancel your order.
